Shots were fired in Claremont Road following carnival, reports say
Ten people were in hospital with minor to major injuries after shots were
fired in the Moss Side area of Manchester on Sunday morning, according to Greater Manchester police.
Sky News reported that around 2.30am police received a report of gunshots on Claremont Road. A large number of both unarmed and armed officers attended and found a number of people injured as a result of a firearm being discharged.
