Donald Trump has announced a trade “understanding” with Mexico that could lead to an overhaul of the North American Free Trade Agreement (Nafta).
The president made the announcement Monday in the Oval Office, with the Mexican president, Enrique Peña Nieto, joining by speakerphone.
