Broadcaster loses defamation case after accusing brothers over the Grantham floods
The broadcaster Alan Jones and Harbour Radio have been ordered to pay $3.4m in damages for defaming members of the Toowoomba-based Wagner family.
John, Denis, Neill and Joe Wagner asked the court for $4.8m in damages from Jones, Harbour Radio, 4BC and the journalist Nick Cater over 32 broadcasts in 2014 and 2015.
