Police say shooter in Bakersfield, Kern county, California, killed himself as a sheriff’s deputy closed in
A gunman killed five people including his wife before turning the gun on himself as a county deputy in California closed, authorities havesaid.
There was no immediate word on what sparked the shootings that took place at a home and a business in Bakersfield, 90 miles (145km) north of Los Angeles on Wednesday.
