The NRL has imposed a fine of $750,000 on Manly Sea Eagles for salary cap breaches dating between 2013-17, suspended two officials and applied a $660,000 penalty to its future salary cap in a ruling handed down on Thursday.
The NRL Appeals Committee released its decision on the appeal lodged by Manly following an earlier NRL determination that the club had breached the salary cap.
