Ford have suffered a forgettable day in qualifying, with stars Chaz Mostert, Mark Winterbottom and Will Davison all missing out on top 10 shootout spots ahead of Sunday’s Bathurst 1000 race.
Chaz Mostert couldn’t hide his disappointment from missing the shootout spot; but as he knows more than most, there are more ways to win at Mount Panorama than from the front row.
