Two stunning strikes from Craig Goodwin secured a memorable FFA Cup victory for Adelaide United, who beat Sydney FC 2-1 in a pulsating final at Coopers Stadium.
Goodwin, the Mark Viduka medal winner, opened the scoring with a brilliant left-footed free-kick before cracking home what proved to be the winner with his right with just over a quarter of an hour remaining.
