Iranian man is in Lorengau hospital with serious injuries to his head and eyes
An Iranian refugee on Manus Island was violently assaulted on Saturday, friends have said.
Manus Island police confirmed reports that a man had been admitted to Lorengau general hospital after an alleged attack.
