Australian creditors and workers accept $3m offer from administrators to partially cover some debts
Riders for collapsed food delivery company Foodora have asked the federal government to sue the firm’s German parent after the administrators conceded the dispatchers were “more likely than not” employees.
The riders – many of whom sustained injuries on the job – are pursuing the German company Delivery Hero for $8.5m in unpaid wages and workers compensation, and want the government to help.
