Monique Pillard, a booking agent who helped steer the careers of supermodels like Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista and Christie Brinkley, died on December 3 at her apartment in the Gramercy Park neighbourhood of Manhattan. She was 81.
