Sacked managing director claims she should not have been dismissed before the end of her five-year term, and that she was dumped because of complaints she made
The former ABC managing director Michelle Guthrie has filed a lawsuit claiming the board’s decision to dismiss her from the managing director role was unfair.
Guthrie’s lawyers filed the case in the federal court in Perth last week before the Christmas holidays.
