If you’re tempted by Dry January, don’t let fear hold you back – ditching booze doesn’t have to make you a bore
If you’re one of the 3.1 million Brits who have just embarked on a Dry January, you’re probably already in the grip of Foma. That is, Fear of Missing Alcohol.
