A controversial tender to allow companies to lease land and build eco-accommodation in Queensland national parks has been subject to a perceived conflict of interest involving the chair of Tourism Queensland, Brett Godfrey, after a company partly owned by him applied for the development contracts and was shortlisted for the lucrative deal.
