Harvey became well-known due to 22 years on The Midday Show and as musical director of Carols By Candlelight
Music director and composer Geoff Harvey, who worked on some of Channel Nine’s most popular TV shows, has been remembered for his talent and humour following his death, aged 83.
The 83-year-old, who was a fixture on Australian television, spent 38 years at Channel Nine where he also composed many theme songs for the network, such as those for The Sullivans, A Current Affair and Today.
