Two-time AFLW grand finalists Brisbane face an almighty rebuild after losing their skipper and key forward this week to expansion rivals.

Lions captain Leah Kaslar is heading to the Gold Coast Suns and Sabrina Frederick has been lured south by Richmond in back-to-back bombshells announced on Tuesday night.
