Crown in talks after receiving a $10bn cash-and-scrip takeover proposal by Las Vegas gambling giant
Crown Resorts has confirmed it is in talks with Wynn Resorts after receiving a $10bn cash-and-scrip takeover proposal by the Las Vegas gambling giant.
The James Packer-controlled casino operator said on Tuesday that Wynn’s proposal had an implied value of $14.75 per share.
