Foreign minister says world has left peace process in hands of a reckless driver
Europe must respond collectively to Donald Trump’s imminent “deal of the century” in the Middle East and not leave everything in the hands of a “reckless driver” who is preparing to drive off a cliff, the Palestinian foreign minister has said.
As the Palestinian leadership tries to drum up foreign support to push back on a plan being devised by Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser, Jared Kushner, Riyad al-Maliki said the proposals amounted to the return of colonialism.
