Former rugby league players are considering a class action lawsuit against the code over the game’s historic treatment of concussions.

Two Sydney law firms – Bannister Law and Cahill Lawyers – have revealed they are investigating the code’s liability for “reasonably preventable brain injuries” suffered by former players.
