Australia continued their domination over Sri Lanka with a thumping 157-run win in the opening match of their three-game ODI series at Allan Border Field in Brisbane.
Australia scored a highly competitive 281-8 off their 50 overs on Saturday, before dismissing Sri Lanka for just 124 off 41.3 overs. A strong all-round showing with the ball highlighted Australia’s performance, with the wickets shared among five bowlers.
