Thousands of volunteers 'caught in red tape' backlog trying to rejoin firefighting efforts

The New South Wales Volunteer Fire Fighters Association claims 7,000 volunteers are trying to rejoin the firefighting effort but are being stopped by "bureaucracy and red tape".
