Monday’s midnight change to level-3 restrictions will allow some venues to reopen, including restaurants offering delivery
For the past few weeks, a box of KFC fried chicken has been sitting in Lee Henaghan’s freezer.
He bought it on the final day before New Zealand entered level-4 lockdown on 26 March, which saw restaurants and takeaway outlets close all over the country.
