German-owned publisher cites catastrophic drop in revenue due to impact of Covid-19 as reason for closure
Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, InStyle, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Good Health, NW and OK! magazines have all been axed, with publisher Bauer Media Australia citing a catastrophic drop in advertising revenue due to Covid-19.
The announcement from the German-owned publisher comes days after it announced it had sold the Australian arm of the company to venture capital firm Mercury Capital.
