Federal Nationals MP Anne Webster has quietly launched defamation action against an Australian conspiracy theorist who claimed the MP was “a member of a secretive pedophile network” who had been “parachuted into parliament to protect a past generation of pedophiles”.
In the US, the University of Alabama has reported that an additional 481 students have tested positive for Covid-19, according to AP.
That brings the college to a total of more than 1,000 infections since its students returned to campus.
