Uefa is facing renewed questions over the credibility of its anti-racism sanctions after England players were once again jeered when they took the knee before their Nations League game with Hungary.

A crowd in excess of 30,000 watched the game despite the hosts being ordered to play behind closed doors, with the majority of the bottom two tiers of the Puskás Aréna full for the Group A3 opener in Budapest.
