Less than a year after giving birth to twins, star Melbourne midfielder Daisy Pearce is ready to make a return to the AFLW. The Demons captain has been named to play in a practice match against Collingwood at Olympic Park Oval on Saturday.
Pearce hasn’t turned out for Melbourne since their March 2018 clash with Western Bulldogs. Along with partner Ben O’Neill, she welcomed twins Sylvia and Roy into the world last February.
